Sales & Events Executive (Events & Exhibition)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

Handles and manages all aspects of planning and coordination of events
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
Great communication between internal departments and external customers
Planning, setting and maintaining timelines for every event
Orchestrate all group and event requirements prior to the event day
Responsible for ensuring smooth execution and operations on site during events
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
Conduct pre- and post- event evaluations and report on outcomes
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High enthusiasm level in a busy and fast-paced workplace
Able to achieve required targets by the clients
Mature and self-motivation to be engaged in an unsupervised environment
Meticulous, organised and good time management
Proficiency in MS office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3D Designer (Events & Exhibition)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

Development and/or validation of designs
Conceptualise new ideas and provide design and artwork to meet clients’ objectives
Liaise with customers on technical specs
Verification of design/specifications at site, design project management
Comprehend design briefs and participate in discussions
Conduct design research and develop creative concepts
Craft design perspectives for events and exhibitions
Conceptualise and design visuals for various collaterals
Prepare 3D drawings with colour rendering
Design and create props for display and visual merchandising
Ensure timely delivery of design & artwork and strict adherence to work schedules

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/Visual Merchandising/Product Design or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in Interior Design/Visual Merchandising/Product/Exhibition Design is required
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Coral Draw, Maya, 3D Studio etc
